Description

• Be certified by WI in 3.0 Turf & Landscape (6.0 Right-of-Way or 5.0 Aquatic is a huge plus)
• Be energetic, selfstarting and able to work with mínimal supervision
• Minimum of one year of experience in fertilizer/weed control or other Green Industry field
• Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable on company's insurance policy
• Physically able to handle the work load of a lawn care applicator
• Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Proficient in English in oral and written forms
• Able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner on a daily basis

• Able to operate company equipment: trucks, backpack sprayers, hose reels, motorized spreaders/sprayers, etc
• Z spray, Gator, 4 Wheeler
• Able to perform all daily preventative maintenance on company equipment
• Able to operate tablet or phone to access our scheduling software
• Meets or exceeds company production standards
• Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget
• Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions
• Looks for extras and upsales, and converts them into work orders when appropriate
• Ensures all work orders are processed correctly
• Interfaces with office staff to ensure onhand inventory of job materials is adequate
• Maintains a clean crew truck at all times
• Able to fill out and process all necessary job paperwork
• Able to interact with clients and potential clients in a professional, courteous and competent manner.
• Able to work with mínimal supervision from Operations Manager/Supervisor, but knows when to ask for assistance.
• Mechanical aptitude is a huge plus
