Overview of Your Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring of national and international procurement markets, new tool suppliers, and new tool technologies
  • Analysis and utilization of new tool sourcing sources (Global Sourcing)
  • Evaluation of tool suppliers, such as flexibility, reliability, quality, technical production capabilities, and technical integration
  • Continuous cost and quality optimization, including involving tool suppliers in cost optimization processes
  • Continuous optimization of technical conditions, involving and convincing all necessary stakeholders
  • Optimization of delivery times, ontime delivery, creation of tenders, and conducting and accompanying contract negotiations
  • Streamlining of procurement processes, including procurement process analyses at all PWO locations
  • Management of procurement processes until series release (examination of construction, accompanying preliminary acceptance, correction loops, and release)
  • Monitoring and ensuring project milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for handling global procurement processes
  • Conducting and documenting FTO and Buy Off events
  • RfQ management for stamping and forming tools in international procurement markets

Your Profile - Your Passion for Global Tooling:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool processing
  • ideally in the global automotive sector; in-depth process and product knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and strong negotiation skills
  • Solutionoriented mindset and high level of resilience
  • Independent work style combined with loyalty and openness
  • Good English skills and willingness to travel
