About us:

The IT department, with a team of 100 colleagues, supports approximately employees of the Hamburg Tax Administration, which includes 14 tax offices and the North German Academy for Finance, in all digital matters.

We are looking for someone to join our growing team with challenging and diverse tasks. Your new workplace is located in close proximity to Hamburg Central Station at Steinstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg.

Your responsibilities:
Supporting end users with questions regarding PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripheral systems, including on-site support
Providing user support for hardware and client operations (2nd and 1st level support)
Supporting users of mobile devices and collaboration systems (e.g. SharePoint, video conferencing, and other communication systems)
Requirements management (product responsibility) for various (special) workstation types
Testing, approving, and installing new (software) products

Your profile:

Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience, with relevant professional experience in the advertised areas
