Real Estate Management Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You assist in the management of property communities in administrative matters
- Organizing and implementing office workflows
- Telephone communication
- Preparing and following up on property owner meetings
- Supporting and attending property owner meetings
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparing for internal and external meetings
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing approvals for property sales contracts
- Assisting the property management department in general
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Greeting customers
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ideally, you have completed your training as a real estate and property management clerk with good results, but this is not mandatory
- You have solid knowledge in the field of property management through your education or previous work experience, and you also have technical understanding, flexibility, dedication, and ambition
- Your profile is rounded off by excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, teamwork
