Your responsibilities

  • You continuously develop the product strategy
  • You oversee the continuous development of the product and service vision, as well as the definition, implementation, and transparent communication of the product vision
  • You design the product roadmap and create reports on relevant topics
  • You prioritize, specify, and synchronize controlspecific issues, both within the department and across departments
  • You are responsible for quarterly preparation, implementation, and followup of the product increment planning, including defining the product increment goals
  • You create portfolio and domain epics, and if necessary, features in JIRA and approve them based on previously defined acceptance criteria
  • You develop appropriate market and operational launch scenarios in coordination with the release train openers
  • You advise and support the department management on strategic issues, as well as budget planning and compliance in collaboration with the release train management team
  • You take responsibility for managing departmental risks and dependencies
  • You are the point of contact and entry channel for product and service requirements and priorities of internal and external customers
  • You ensure the flow of information towards customers regarding the status quo
  • You prepare and participate in further development boards
  • You are responsible for the professional preparation of the biannual traffic forum
  • You establish a modern collaboration model with a focus on individual responsibility
  • You lead by example and use agile coaching elements for professional and personal development
  • You evaluate the agile maturity at the skill level for the entire department
