Since 1991, Breitenstein Immobilien GmbH has been offering comprehensive services in the field of real estate management.

Currently, we manage more than 80 residential communities and around 60 residential and commercial buildings in the district of Meißen.

To further strengthen and expand our market position, we are currently looking for a full-time or part-time
Real Estate Agent with a focus on rental (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Meißen.

Your responsibilities:

Leasing and releasing of the properties in your portfolio
Independent acquisition and approach of potential tenants
Development of tailored offers for our potential tenants based on their needs and target groups
Presentation of properties in all media
Conducting property viewings and negotiating contracts
Continuous market research and development and implementation of rental strategies
Collaboration with our departments for a successful rental process
Professional communication with property owners and tenants
Preparation of informative marketing materials
Documenting your work using our real estate software
Conducting property viewings
Drafting rental contracts
