Description

• Develop architectural designs and plans for new construction projects, renovations, and additions, and ADU. Commercial projects for remodels, change of use permits, etc.
• Ability to review plans with in house plan checkers, 4050 projects per month.
• Ability to create plan check list and collaborate with in house time for best practices.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as CAD, Sketchup, and Revit
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct quality control checks on completed projects to ensure adherence to design standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an Architect in a professional setting
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as CAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, Revit
• Knowledge of interior design principles and practices
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic presentations
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities

• Semiannual bonus
