YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing construction projects for new locations in Germany
Creating and adhering to a timely and costeffective project plan
Managing contractors and service providers
Ensuring smooth communication with the planning and opening teams, as well as being the point of contact for landlords regarding constructionrelated matters
Assisting with the bidding and awarding of construction contracts
Ensuring consistent quality and standards in construction
Managing larger renovation projects for existing stores

WHAT YOU BRING

Technical education or degree in construction, engineering, or architecture
Experience in managing small to mediumsized construction projects
Good understanding of both commercial and technical aspects, as well as analytical thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Independent, reliable, and structured work style
Good communication skills and social competence
Strong sense of responsibility
Handson mentality
Flexibility and resilience
Willingness to travel
