Our client manages and oversees several synagogues, schools, kindergartens, a nursing home, numerous clubs, and other institutions in Los Lobos, TX.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll and Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in full-time or part-time capacity.

Responsibilities:

Processing monthly payroll and salary statements, including corrections and retroactive calculations
Comprehensive reporting and certification management
Point of contact for employees regarding payroll and social security inquiries
Maintenance of payroll system and employee data
Issuing pension statements
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and audits

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training (ideally as a tax clerk or payroll and accounting clerk)
Several years of experience in payroll accounting is desirable
Proficient in MS Office programs and experience with payroll systems
Team player with a high level of commitment and selfmotivation
