Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated
Career Analyst.

The candiate must have a bachelor's degree with three years of experience in developmental disabilities service systems
OR an associate-level degree with five years of experience.

The Career Analyst
MUST have completed a course
OR training in person-centered thinking/planning and hold either an ACRE certificate with an emphasis on CE
OR an Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) credential.

(This can be a virtual position; the schedule is flexible.))

Duties:

Conduct indepth analysis of employment labor law compliance within the organization
Develop and implement workforce development programs
Design training programs tailored to individual needs
Conduct interviews to assess employee needs and progress
Collaborate with social workers to provide comprehensive support
Mentor and guide individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in the workplace

Requirements:

Proven experience in employment labor law
Strong background in educating and workforce development
Proficiency in training development and interviewing techniques
Knowledge of social work practices
Ability to mentor and support working individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
$45.00 per hour
