Your Responsibilities:

  • As a contact person for legal issues, you will clarify questions related to banking and legal matters, as well as customer cases, possibly in cooperation with third parties (association, lawyers, etc.)
  • With independent and conclusive handling of feedback from complaint management, you will contribute significantly to achieving our vision goal of "customer satisfaction"
  • You will coordinate committee work and support the implementation of regulatory requirements that affect the executive board or supervisory board
  • You will support the strategic process and contribute to the development of the process with your own ideas
  • You will drive the digitalization of the department (committee work, complaint management, etc.)
