The district of Dithmarschen is currently seeking a *Sachbearbeiter*in (m/w/d) for the Department of Economic Youth Welfare in the Kita Department.

This is a full-time position that can be divided if necessary.

The salary is based on pay group 9c of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD) or salary group A10 SHBesO.

The field of child care includes a wide range of tasks, such as promoting child care facilities and childminding, which is managed by a multi-professional team of 15 colleagues in the Kita Department.

The constant increase in demand for child care places, the recruitment of skilled workers, the management of financial flows, and the further development of quality all require the support of a new team member with a high level of commitment, versatility, and team spirit.


The main tasks include the following:

Child care needs planning Implementation of the state-wide standard quality cost model Monitoring of quality and financial structures (quality supervision) Advice to child care facility providers on facility/group structure and advice to municipalities on expanding child care places Management of district funding programs (e.g.

for quality assurance) Training of junior staff The qualification for this position is a degree in General Administration of the second career level (formerly higher general administrative service), Bachelor of Arts in "General Administration/Public Administration" or the successful completion of the II.
