Your tasks:


  • Individual support for a school child during classes/school day/possibly in afterschool care
  • Assistance with practical life skills and social interactions
  • Support with communication and building relationships
  • Being a point of contact for the child's questions and uncertainties
  • Encouraging support for individual disadvantages
  • Cooperation with teachers and support staff
  • Assistance with learning content

You bring:


  • A high level of social competence and empathy
  • Experience working with children or teenagers, for example through your profession, volunteer work, or experience with your own children
  • Possibly a pedagogical education or degree (also open to career changers)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ideally, experience with handling disabilities
  • Flexibility, punctuality, and a confident demeanor
  • Willingness to work independently
