The Equal Opportunities Office is an independent department within the city's legal department. The Equal Opportunities Officer leads the department independently. In her dual role, she is responsible for both the equal opportunities of the city's employees and the citizens of Pforzheim. The Equal Opportunities Officer is supported in her tasks by a specialist for concept development, project and public relations, and a specialist in the secretariat. The appointment of the Equal Opportunities Officer is made by the city council of Pforzheim.

We are currently seeking a Equal Opportunities Officer for the Legal Department at the earliest possible date.
