MySpa Savage, MN is looking for a new team member


Since its founding in 2020, MySpa has successfully opened its first locations and is now ready to continue its success story with the next MySpa's.

At our MySpa's, we offer a unique wellness experience in complete privacy. Our "Wellzones" contain everything needed for relaxation and rejuvenation.

To ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our guests, we are looking for a new team member to join our service and reception team in Munich.


Responsibilities:

  • Personally attend to our guests throughout their entire stay: from checkin to escorting them to their Wellzone
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks (no cooking required) to the Wellzones through a service window
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of the Wellzones
  • Provide excellent service to our visitors and ensure their satisfaction and wellbeing
  • Coordinate preparation tasks and contribute to a smooth organizational and work flow

Qualifications:

  • A caring and respectful attitude towards others, colleagues, and products
  • A strong focus on service and quality, with a deep understanding of the needs and desires of others
  • Previous experience or training in the service or hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • A warm and welcoming personality, with genuine joy and kindness towards our visitors
  • The ability to stay calm and composed in difficult situations
