We are looking to hire a Mental Health Professional to work in our residential program for adults with mental illness.

The job of the Mental Health Professional is to provide care and supervision to our clients, to oversee the daily program schedule, and to ensure that resident's needs are met as they work towards stability and greater independence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work directly under Program Manager to ensure for safety of all clients
Assist in medication protocol
Ensure that all staff are trained on emergency life support protocols
Team player with a passion for helping individuals.
Coordination of Client transportation and assistance with client activities
Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and clientfocused treatment environment
Helping maintain a clean, pleasant environment
Assist with admissions and discharges of clients
Maintain strict client confidentiality/HIPAA compliance
Ensuring 100% client satisfaction with the care they receive
Complete client charting on electronic healthcare software (KIPU)
Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards
