Apprenticeship Opportunity:

Are you a communicative, IT-savvy person who enjoys working with people? Then we are looking for you to join our team for an
apprenticeship as a Personnel Services Specialist (M/F/N/S/C/H) in 2023.

Start/Duration:
July 1st or August 2023 / 3 years, the apprenticeship can be shortened

Your tasks:

You will start in recruiting and work with your colleagues on planning and implementing personnel procurement, by writing job postings, searching for suitable candidates on social media, and creating profiles.
You will learn how to conduct telephone interviews and job interviews, evaluate them, and also take responsibility for your own positions.
Maintaining and administering our internal databases for applicants and job management are also part of your daily tasks.
You will go through all areas of human resources and continuously learn new things whether in recruiting, sales, HR, or (talent) marketing there is never a dull moment with us.

What you bring:

You have a very good to good secondary school leaving certificate, preferably also a high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification, but career changers also have a chance.
You are interested in personnel recruitment and have a strong interest in IT.
You are communicative and in addition to your independent and structured way of working, you have a confident demeanor.
