What to expect at Shell Point:

  • You will actively support us by working closely with our clients to provide legal and economic advice on a variety of interesting and complex issues.
  • Your main tasks will include conducting research and preparing documents on topics such as labor law, corporate law, IP/IT law, mergers and acquisitions, public law, real estate law, tax law, procurement and administrative law, or environmental law.
  • During your time with us, you will work closely with our lawyers, be involved in client work from the beginning, and be part of a dedicated team.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed first state examination in law
  • Strong interest in one of the mentioned areas of law
  • Enthusiasm for providing legal advice and working with clients
  • Good (specialized) German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Team spirit, initiative, reliable work ethic, and personal commitment
