Most pest control professionals never had a specific desire to work in our industry. Many have been trained through retraining programs and alternative paths to become pest control professionals. However, very few regret this decision afterwards.

In fact, the diverse work, stable industry, and numerous opportunities for further education make the profession of pest control more appealing than many would expect.

Based on our positive experiences with retrainees, including within our own company, we are open to welcoming career changers.

We are specifically looking for motivated individuals who have a basic interest in the animal world and possess manual dexterity.

Our team is able to quickly teach practical skills, and beginners are welcome to join in and contribute.

With the high level of expertise of our managing director and diploma biologist, Björn Kleinlogel, many fundamental skills (and beyond) can be learned quickly.

And the rest of the team is always willing to lend a helping hand.
