Your Responsibilities

Independent analysis and resolution of support requests (2nd/3rd level) from users
Evaluation and implementation of new hardware and software solutions, including migrations and transformations of existing solutions
Risk analysis, including derivation of preventive measures
Monitoring, ensuring and further development of our IT infrastructure at our location in Kerpen
Development of concepts and solutions with internal and external partners

Your Profile

Completed training/studies in the field of computer science or career changer with a high affinity for IT
Experience in supporting current Windows versions
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 programs and the virtualization platform VMware
Secure use of IT infrastructure components such as network firewalls and storage systems
Basic understanding of the IT landscape in an industrial environment
Quick comprehension and excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
