TasksTasks***- Support in managing and coordinating press vehicles within the preparation process

  • Assistance in planning and preparing press car events
  • Support in preparing vehicle allocations for national and international press tests, including lease and rental contract creation
  • Assistance in planning arrivals and departures of press vehicles
  • Support in vehicle logistics and preparation for shipping abroad
  • Assistance in reviewing local tax requirements in vehicle allocation management
  • Assistance in process optimization within test car management
  • Management and administration of the press car inbox for internal and external inquiries

RequirementsRequirements***- You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) and pursuing a full-time degree

  • Previous experience in a commercial field is desirable (completed training as an automotive/office clerk is also welcome)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong team player with flexibility and ability to work independently
