We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) for production at our Roth location, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring GMPcompliant and timely execution/supervision of production tasks, with a focus on goals (cost, quality, quantity, and deadlines)
Monitoring compliance with specifications during each shift
Adhering to legal and internal regulations, particularly GMP, occupational safety, and environmental protection, within your functional area
Managing and reviewing production data collection
Collaborating with production planning in scheduling
Ensuring proper production documentation, conducting and documenting room and equipment cleanings, and reviewing records (checkweigher, logbooks, etc.)
Reporting and participating in deviations
Assisting with operational tasks as needed
Short and mediumterm work organization and task planning for your team
Timekeeping for your subordinates' arrivals and departures
Vacation planning within the shift group
Monitoring the training of new employees according to the training plan
Conducting training as part of employee
