Here you are in the middle of it all We are currently looking for a Logistics Control Clerk for Inbound & Outbound Vehicle Processing (m/f/d) for a highly valued client.

Your responsibilities:

Planning, acceptance and processing of transport orders
Communication with internal and external process participants
Monitoring and control of vehicle processes from delivery to storage to shipment according to customer requirements
Performing administrative tasks in the area of vehicle processing, including accurate data and order entry in all relevant systems
Control of necessary shuttle transports between our vehicle processing locations in the Wiedemar and Bitterfeld area
Ensuring efficient utilization of designated storage spaces and, in case of capacity constraints, securing parking spaces in coordination with other departments
Conducting archiving and documentation processes for vehicle documents and keys, as well as customer property
Participation in correct storage of accident vehicles in compliance with environmental regulations
Clarification and complaint management
Support of internal operational controlling in the area of KPI management, invoice control for transport service provider reimbursement, and preparation of invoices

Our requirements:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of forwarding or logistics services
Administrative logistics and forwarding order processing in the area of vehicle transport logistics
Relevant experience in inbound and outbound logistics, as well as inventory management
Independent and conscientious work style
Willingness to work varying early and late shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm
