Your tasks

You are responsible for answering technically complex problems on vehicles in an international environment
You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating evaluations to identify potential issues
You will plan, monitor and carry out quality assurance measures
You will actively participate in quality committees and act as a contact person for the development and quality departments
You will handle error corrections and evaluations for after-sales processes and implement corrective measures in the field
You will coordinate and participate in field deployments to analyze technical issues

What sets you apart

You have a degree in engineering or completed a technician training (in mechatronics, vehicle technology, electrical engineering or a similar field) with relevant work experience
You have analytical and conceptual skills in problem-solving and decision-making methods
You demonstrate a high level of commitment and initiative and have experience in presentation, moderation, and visualization. Proficiency in MS Office is important to us
Ideally, you have some knowledge of after-sales processes and systems in the automotive industry
