Your tasks:

  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Analysis and resolution of problems with disruptions
  • Standardization, licensing, implementation and support of company-wide IT applications
  • Ensuring network and data security
  • Bringing in innovative ideas and implementing internal IT projects
  • Consulting and supporting employees with IT problems in person, by phone or in the ticket system
  • Lifecycle management of IT devices

What you bring:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and knowledge with Microsoft/Windows environments and common cloud services
  • Knowledge in network administration, system administration and IT security
  • Strong problem-solving skills and service orientation
  • Independent work style, teamwork and high reliability
  • Good communication skills in German
