Your tasks:

  • Our 24-month trainee program Zukunftsenergie offers you the perfect career entry: Tailored to your personal interests and strengths, you will go through various technical departments within the group
  • You will get to know different areas within our business fields of mobility, energy and utility industry and build a network in which you can grow in the long term
  • You support the group's departments through analyses and concepts, participate in challenging future projects and independently lead (partial) projects
  • You question existing systems and develop creative ideas
  • Further training opportunities, network meetings among trainees, our buddy program and exchange opportunities with executives round off your trainee program

Your profile:

  • You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in (Industrial) Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Utility Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable course of study
  • You ideally have first relevant work experience, e.g. through internships or working student activities
  • You are a strong communicator and have a great interest in topics related to energy and mobility
  • You have fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
