Your tasks
In this role, you will play a crucial role in efficiently organizing and supporting our department by coordinating administrative and project-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supporting HR organization in day-to-day operations and global projects
- Team assistance (e.g. scheduling appointments, workshops, and travel arrangements, as well as procuring and managing IT equipment and office supplies)
- Assisting with planning processes and general administrative tasks
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings & workshops
- Handling ad hoc requests
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training with further education in HR (or equivalent qualification) and several years of experience in personnel management, ideally in an assistant or project role
- High IT affinity and digital competence
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and teamwork
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel
