Your Responsibilities:
- Active support of real estate development
- Liaison between project development, architects, planners, and clients
- Development and implementation of marketing concepts
- Consultation and support of clients throughout the entire sales process
- Accompaniment of clients from contract signing to apartment handover
- Coordination and review of notarial documents (condominium declaration, regulations, etc.)
Your Qualifications:
- Sales talent with a strong affinity for real estate, preferably with a Swiss Federal Certificate as a real estate agent
- Several years of experience in marketing condominiums
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Excellent German skills (native level), fluent in English
- Outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented personality
- Mobility (driver's license) and willingness to travel.
