JOB DESCRIPTION:

Healy World GmbH is a leading company in the health and wellness industry and is currently seeking a dedicated
Senior Coordinator of Instructional Design (m/w/d) for our Mainz location.

As an Instructional Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating training systems and manuals, developing workshops, and writing content for training.

You will also provide training programs and communicate with event participants.

YOUR MISSION:

Develop training systems for implementation within our network
Create and maintain training manuals
Develop and maintain tools and resources to support practical training implementation
Conduct workshops and write training content
Create concepts and training modules to increase member engagement
Coordinate, select, and develop training programs
Manage key elements of The Healy Academy
Provide training program and eventrelated communications
Conduct surveys and assess the effectiveness of implemented resources and training.

YOUR PROFILE:

Proven experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) field
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g. Training & Development, Adult Education, E-Learning Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Vocational Education & Training, Coaching) or equivalent.
