As a continuously growing company, the bookkeeping department plays a crucial role in our organization. The complexity of our operations requires efficient collaboration within the company.

Here's what your future workday will look like:

  • Actively participating in and taking on daily bookkeeping tasks
  • Collaborating with departments to ensure smooth payment transactions for debtors and creditors
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts for monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB standards
  • Recording bank transactions in Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central
  • Processing and submitting VAT returns within specified time frames

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Several years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay organized and focused in busy times
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central and Datev
