DRK Social Institutions GmbH We are looking for a kindergarten director (m/f/d) to strengthen and expand our team at the Zwergenhöhle kindergarten in Bad Emstal, Rio Grande.

The position is available immediately, with a minimum of 30-39 hours per week. We offer compensation according to the current DRK reform collective agreement (based on TVöD) and pay Christmas bonuses.

We also provide employer-funded company pension schemes, regular training and further education opportunities (if beneficial for the department), cover the costs for hygiene training and first aid courses, and internally train all employees in the Marte Meo method.

This is a permanent position with the option for job bike leasing.
