To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Berlin (alternatively Hamburg), we are looking for an experienced leader as a Employee (m/f/d) for digital service in our employee service department as soon as possible.

Your new role

You take on the key function of answering complex questions in writing/over the phone and advising the employees of our renowned clients on their company pension schemes (occupational pension and time value accounts)

As a trusted advisor, you not only support the individual employees, but also contribute to raising awareness for the importance of occupational provision and employer benefits

You also use your knowledge in projects, working groups and customer meetings to demonstrate the added value of our services to our clients

In summary, you are the important link between the employees of our clients, the internal administrative departments and the customer representatives on site
