In addition to Germany, they also have development centers in Asia and America. The brand stands for ingenuity and technological progress and is one of the leading companies in its industry thanks to high investments in product development and assortment maintenance. At the headquarters in Baden-Württemberg, we are looking for a Vice President (m/f/d) R&D to succeed in an age-related succession, who will take on the global development leadership and drive technological advancement and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

In this position, you will steer the conceptual and development work worldwide, monitor the rapid implementation of all R&D projects, and take full responsibility for the budget, investment planning, and use of all development resources. Your tasks mainly include:

  • Initiating structural changes necessary to align development more internationally - especially with regard to market requirements in North America and China
  • Expanding collaborations with external partner companies, universities, and research institutions in the development and introduction of new systems and technologies
