Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Duties:

Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Help patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
Take vital signs and record patient information
Provide assistance during medical procedures and examinations
Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure highquality patient care Requirements:
Previous experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health records systems (such as Cerner) is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with various medical conditions, including those with developmental disabilities or in critical care settings
Proficiency in aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
