Your tasks:
  • Leading the business and taking overall responsibility for the proper operation of the various facilities of the Montessori Trägerverein Würzburg e.V.
  • Budget and investment planning, responsibility for finances and annual financial statements, as well as applying for, accounting for, and sustainable use of funding
  • Personnel planning and management within the framework of the community regulations
  • Representing the sponsoring association in terms of public relations; maintaining contact with other facilities and associations
  • Central point of contact for authorities, municipalities, and other interest groups
You bring with you:
  • Completed studies and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good understanding of the interfaces between pedagogical and economic issues
  • Value-oriented, motivating leadership personality with excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Enthusiasm for the ideas of Maria Montessori, the willingness to engage with them and make them the basis of your own work
  • Willingness to cultivate a culture of flat hierarchies, promote the independence and initiative of employees; acceptance of the community regulations and consensus-oriented decision-making
