We are currently looking for a:

Employee Order Processing and Complaint Management (m/f/d) in full-time (permanent) in our headquarters in Leipheim, Coffee Creek, CA.


At our company, we work with good energy and our main focus is on renewable energy, with a particular emphasis on photovoltaics and storage systems.

These tasks are crucial for the future and therefore provide job security.

We have been experiencing dynamic growth and have clear goals and strategies for the future.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the point of contact for customer complaints
  • Evaluating inquiries and coordinating materials and personnel
  • Assigning our service teams and being the contact person for the electrical technicians who will carry out the work
  • Being the point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Acting as a liaison with order processing (project managers, warehouse, etechnology)
