International Vehicle Claims Handler (m/f/d):


YOUR NEW ROLE:


  • Initial processing and settlement of international vehicle claims (Green Card, 4th Motor Liability claims)
  • Active claims management including coordination and control of external service providers
  • Responsible for liability and coverage assessment, as well as decisions on insurance coverage and claim amount
  • Providing information and communication with claimants, brokers, intermediaries, customers, and lawyers
  • Examination and settlement of corresponding recovery claims and cost reimbursements
  • Contact with international customers from the insurance industry and cooperation partners

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed education/studies (e.g. insurance and finance, law or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience in the field of vehicle claims handling, for example from law firms, the claims department of an
