    Role Summary/Purpose:

    The AVP, Client Implementation Lead role supports business growth as a member of the Client Initiatives Team for Home and Auto. The role is responsible for collaborating with Business and Client Development to onboard new clients, executing business strategy for Home and Auto Network upgrades, consulting with client POS vendors, organizing and leading client implementation, terminations, rebrands, and network upgrade efforts.

    The Client Initiatives lead will work closely with internal information technology and client technology vendors to develop a collaborative relationship ensuring all point-of-sale technology prerequisites are met for seamless client integrations. This role will partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to gather requirements while building a standard and repeatable process flow for client implementations, rebrands, upgrades and terminations, while executing business strategy.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Influence and collaborate with business development, client development, client POS technology vendors, and internal information technology resources.
    • Learn quickly and adapt to a changing business environment.
    • Lead cross-functional and cross-business teams to execute and deliver client integrations, upgrades, and POS technology development in support of the Home and Auto Upgrade Strategy.
    • Design, document, and deliver solutions to enhance business growth through client integrations/implementations, and upgrades.
    • Work with client technology vendors to deliver POS prerequisites for client integrations and network integrations of existing clients with custom POS technology.
    • Work with product owners to help identify client product opportunities.
    • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
    • Ensure compliance and regulatory rules and standards are met as part of all implementation and integration activities.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Operations, Information Technology and POS systems
    • 3+ years' cross functional project experience.
    • 3+ years' experience in sales, information technology, operations, or marketing functions with direct exposure to partner POS practices
    • 2+ years' experience partnering with Business Development, Strategic and Client Initiatives, NCI, and Sales support.
    • Strong influencing and critical thinking skills.
    • Working knowledge of New Client Integration Universe
    • Working knowledge of the Information Technology and POS platforms

    • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' equivalent work experience
    • Ability to develop executable strategies, articulate a sharp vision, and deliver results.
    • Proven analytical ability.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of organization to drive change.
    • Must possess excellent communication, presentation, facilitation skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across functions as resources are required.

    Grade/Level: 11

    The salary range for this position is 90, ,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

    Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

    Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • You must be 18 years or older
    • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
    • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
    • N ew hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
