Ham has been a tradition for the Wein family: Since 1966, we have been producing our specialties in the small town of Freudenstadt-Musbach in the middle of the Black Forest. Our classic is our Black Forest ham, smoked over local fir wood and juniper branches. But we also offer air-dried ham, bacon, fine ham cubes, and many other products. We produce 3 million hams per year on square meters of space. The demand for our products is constantly increasing abroad. As a tradition, we make sure to support the region.
