We, the Aachener Siedlungs and Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH, are currently looking for a real estate agent (m/f/d) for our branch in Trier, Germany.

Your responsibilities:

  • Renting out residential properties
  • Conducting and coordinating property viewings
  • Holding tenant consultations
  • Adjusting rents for privately financed properties
  • Handling complaints and managing outofcourt debt collection
  • Managing residential and partial property communities
  • Organizing and attending owners' meetings
  • Independently implementing adopted resolutions

Your profile:

  • Degree in real estate management or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in renting and managing residential properties
  • Indepth knowledge of property management for residential communities is an advantage
  • Confident demeanor, team spirit, and reliability
  • Experience with Wodis Sigma is a plus, but not a requirement
