We are currently seeking a Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) in part-time (30 hours) to be based in Augsburg.

Your responsibilities:

Development and implementation of a new quality management database
Development and implementation of communication and training measures
Preparation of quality reports, risk reports, and management reviews, as well as management of documented information
Establishment of methods and tools for continuous improvement of quality and processes
Methodical support in process development and revision of existing procedures
Contact person for supervisory authorities and organization and implementation of audits
Maintenance, care, and further development of the existing quality management system

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies and preferably several years of professional experience in quality management
Training as an auditor, experience in project management and accompanying change processes
Experience in association work and/or organic farming is an advantage
Strong analytical and strategic understanding and communication skills
Enjoyment of processes and quality management and willingness to familiarize oneself with new areas
