Administrator / Process Optimizer (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Gelsenkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
- You monitor all processes related to Zendesk and ensure the functionality of the application at all times
- You optimize existing processes and applications, especially in terms of interfaces with different departments
- You ensure the quality of our processes
- You are the point of contact for all colleagues working with Zendesk
Your profile:
- You have several years of experience in IT administration
- You have a solid background in ticketing systems or Zendesk
- You have a quick grasp and problemsolving skills
