Responsibilities:

  • Individual and comprehensive product explanation for our customers in the consumer experience
  • Implementation of sales promotion and image measures, as well as marketing campaigns
  • Expansion of our existing and new customer network
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service and handling of complaints
  • Management of goods, inventory, and cash registers, as well as optimization of sales space

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship or first experience in retail
  • Selfinitiative, as well as a structured and reliable work style
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm
