Identify, acquire, and qualify placement orders in our core areas of finance, human resources, and procurement
Select and approach suitable top candidates from our exclusive candidate pool
Overall process management
Recruiting

Qualifications

Relevant experience as a personnel consultant/consultant
Strong acquisition skills
Team player
Fluent in German and English
