For our client, a manufacturer of packaging materials located in Neuss, we are currently seeking a Boiler Operator (m/f/d) to join our team in Harbour Heights, FL.

Your responsibilities:

Assisting with operating, regulating and shutting down power plant, water treatment and water supply systems
Monitoring the condition of the systems, particularly emissions of CO and NOX
Performing maintenance and support for troubleshooting of the systems
Conducting fire watches
Maintaining and updating system documentation
Communicating system conditions to power plant management
Assisting with maintenance, repairs and replacement of components in the power plant

Your qualifications:

Technical education, preferably with additional training as a power plant operator or a boiler license
Experience in the power plant industry is desirable
Knowledge of operating heating power plants (gas, highpressure boilers, steam turbines, gas turbines, water treatment, water supply) is advantageous
Teamwork, resilience, reliability and a resultsoriented approach
Willingness to work in shifts
