'Die Deutsche Post IT Services GmbH is responsible for bringing the digital products of Deutsche Post DHL Group to life. In our office, dedicated and self-organized teams work together, driven by curiosity for new technologies and a belief in agile development methods and DevOps. We are part of DHL IT Services, the internal and international IT service provider for Deutsche Post DHL Group, with locations in Germany, Czech Republic, Malaysia, India, and the USA. Together, we provide IT services for all divisions of the company.


In our small Customer Experience Team, you will help us design and improve apps such as the Post & DHL App and the Packstation, making the daily lives of millions of people easier.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing new and innovative ideas and solutions for the Packstation user experience
  • Creating wireframes, user flow charts, storyboards, and interactive prototypes
  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of usability tests
  • Collaborating with the team during implementation serving as the point of contact for usability questions
  • Working closely with our development team and product management in our agile environment to support the implementation of our ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interaction or customer experience design preferably in the mobile app industry and with a toolkit of usercentered design/methods
  • Strong consulting skills in UX research, UX design, and usability testing
  • Proficiency in Figma and Miro ideally also Axure
  • Ability to design
