Parsippany NJ(Hybrid)

6-12-month contract
iCIMS Business Analyst

Hybrid Preferred (Parsippany NJ) - will consider remote with some travel.


Job Description:

The iCIMS Business Analyst will provide functional system support to the Talent Acquisitions Systems team.

They will act as a liaison between the business and IT, gather requirements for the talent acquisition system from the users in HR, write specifications and documentation, and then coordinate with the technical team in IT to make the appropriate changes.

iCIMS is a cloud-based HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition System.


Required Skills:


  • 5+ years of functional experience working with Talent Acquisition Systems
  • 3+ years of direct experience working with iCIMS Talent Systems
  • Configuration experience with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Systems
  • Ability to travel to Parsippany NJ for occasional onsite work (must live in Northeast)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Transportation Industry

Pay:
$ $55.02 per hour
