As an innovative and growing company, we are looking for additional support for our customer service team.Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for our international clients, partners, and prospects
- You will provide individualized advice on our insurance products and find customized solutions
- In case of a claim, you will professionally assist our clients and support them in the claims process
- You enjoy developing and maintaining existing customer relationships
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an insurance clerk or hold a qualification as an insurance specialist
- You have previous experience in advising corporate clients, ideally in the field of liability insurance
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, preferably with knowledge of another European language
- You have an affinity for digital processes and working online, as all of our processes take place digitally
