The salary is based on pay group E 9 A TV-L. The place of work is Halle (Saale).

The State Office for Consumer Protection of Saxony-Anhalt is a state authority within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health and Equality, and the central authority for the health of the people in Saxony-Anhalt.

We are represented at various locations throughout the state.

In our state laboratory, we use modern methods to examine samples of food, drinking and bathing water, medicines, as well as microbiological samples from humans and animals.

We monitor the occurrence of diseases in the population and, as an enforcement authority, ensure compliance with regulations.
