The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and further education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

With our more than 34-year history of success in the education sector, we have established ourselves as a leading company and continuously use our expertise to provide our students and customers with high-quality educational offerings.

We are currently seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate (m/f/d) for our learning studio in
Göppingen, Mountain View, OK.

This is a part-time position (4-5 days/12-18 hours per week, in the afternoons).

Your daily tasks:

Conducting sales and consultation meetings
Coordinating lessons (scheduling and selecting teachers, organizing course schedules, coordinating appointments)
Customer service and support
Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
Office organization

Your qualifications:

Multitalented in sales and organization
Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
Professional experience
Serviceoriented and trustworthy in dealing with students and course participants
Experience with computers and software
